1. Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through my online shop.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is formed when you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation. All artworks are unique or limited pieces and are sold while supplies last.
 

4. Prices & Payment
All prices are final prices. As a small business owner under §19 UStG (Germany), I do not charge VAT (value-added tax).
Accepted payment methods will be displayed during the checkout process.
 

5. Shipping & Delivery
The artworks will be shipped to the address provided after full payment is received. Delivery times may vary depending on destination.
Shipping fees are shown during checkout.
Any customs duties or taxes incurred outside the EU must be borne by the customer.
 

6. Retention of Title
The artwork remains my property until payment is received in full.
 

7. Copyright
All artworks remain the intellectual property of the artist and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
 

8. Liability
I am not liable for slight negligence, unless it results in injury to life, body, or health, or breaches essential contractual obligations.

Right of Withdrawal
 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
 

Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party named by you) have taken possession of the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, I will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used.

You must return the goods promptly and no later than 14 days from the day you notify me of the withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of return shipping.
 

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized artworks.
